The other day I was reading entries from our wedding guest book (another book, I have yet to put together) and had fun just reading what everyone had written for us. When I got to Alex' I couldn't help but laugh because he wrote something along the lines of "congratulations, hopeufully you guys will start a trend in the branch (you know people getting married). And by golly it looks like we did! (Ok so probably not) But, it was so very exciting to be able to go to his and Jane's wedding last, no wait two Fridays ago? My goodness, I need to keep up with this whole blogging thing a lot better.
I was really excited to be able to go to their sealing because it was the first sealing that I'd been to since our own. I was even more excited to actually be able to hear everything that is said in a sealing ceremony, because let's be honest, how many of you actually remember what they said at your own ceremony? I mean really, there's so much going on that day, that most of it gets caught up in the whirlwind of your memory. It was really fun to share with them their special day and I really loved hearing all the promises of blessings if you live your life the way you're supposed to. I've seen some of those blessings come true in our own lives and cannot wait for Jane and Alex to partake of those blessings too. I know that they are perfect for each other, (I knew it 3 years ago, even before they knew it ) and wish them a lifetime of happiness!
